Leadership Pardon Exemption

This exemption is divided into five groups according to their educational background and age of eligibility:

According to the proposal of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the approval of the Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief, all the absentees and fugitives have been legally violated and given amnesty exemption card for their year of service.

  1. Under diploma, diploma, diploma (born until the end of 1354)
  2. Bachelor’s degree (born until the end of 1974)
  3. Master’s Degree (Born to the end of 1352)
  4. Non-Medical Doctor (Born to the end of 1350)
  5. Doctor of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine (Born to the end of 1344)

Note: According to Note 9 of the Executive Order of the Public Service Duties Act, 2012/11/8, all persons over the age of 50 years, unless their age is changed in the identity card, the principle of their photographic birth certificate constitutes a public duty exemption card.

Upon the decree of the Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief, the case of all fugitives of the said age who are merely guilty of evading service shall be announced by the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces.

Iranians residing abroad can apply to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s overseas departments with the following documents, and after the original documents have been authenticated and the agency submits the relevant form, the original copies of the documents together with the power of attorney, Send your lawyer to Iran (parents do not need a power of attorney) to be followed up through the +10 police stations. It is also worth noting that if the applicant is present in Iran with the origin of the documents, he can personally visit the centers. Police follow the +10 hierarchy.

Required Documents

  1. Completion of a Leaf Exemption Application Form
  2. The original of the new birth certificate and two photocopies of all pages, even white pages
  3. The original passport and a photocopy of all pages, even white pages
  4. Six new 4 * 3 new backdrops (full face, white background, no tie, normal hair and face)
  5. Arranging the form of the power of attorney to follow through the TAK system
  6. The original and a copy of the last approved educational qualification
